Shipping & Orders Policy
Domestic U.S. Shipping. We currently ship to the continental United States via standard carriers (USPS, UPS, FedEx, etc.). Once your order has been processed and fulfilled through our warehouse, products are typically delivered within 5–10 business days from the order date. Please note that processing times may take 3–5 business days before shipment. Delivery timelines are estimates and are not guaranteed due to external factors outside of our control. Orders shipping to Alaska and Hawaii may require additional time. If you have any questions about the delivery of your order, please contact supportrebloom@gmail.com with your order confirmation number and tracking number in the subject line.
International Shipping. We currently ship to select international destinations. International orders typically take 10–20 business days to deliver after processing. Customs clearance may cause additional delays and any applicable duties or taxes are the responsibility of the customer. Order Processing. All orders are fulfilled by our third-party fulfillment partner. Please allow 3–5 business days for your order to be processed and shipped. You will receive a confirmation email with tracking information once your order has been dispatched.
Order Tracking. Tracking details are automatically sent via email once your order has shipped. If you haven't received tracking information within 5 business days of placing your order, or if you have questions about your shipment, please email us at supportrebloom@gmail.com with your order confirmation number in the subject line.
Can I Update My Shipping Address? You may request an address change by contacting us at supportrebloom@gmail.com. If your order has not yet been processed by our fulfillment center, we will do our best to update it. Once an order has been processed and shipped, we are unable to change the address or redirect the shipment. Please double-check your shipping details at checkout to avoid any issues.
When Will My Next Order Be Delivered? Tracking details are sent via email once your order ships. You can check the status of your order at any time using the tracking number provided.
My Order Says "Delivered" But I Haven't Received It. In some cases, carriers may mark a package as delivered before it actually arrives, or the package may have been left in an unexpected location. We recommend checking around your delivery area and waiting 1–2 business days. If the order still hasn't arrived two business days after being marked as delivered, please email us at supportrebloom@gmail.com so we can assist you.
